These terms govern the use of the Forma app and website. By using the app you agree to them.

1. Operator

The operator's identification and contact details will be added before the app launches.

2. The service

Forma helps you log food and training. The core app is free, Plus is a subscription.

3. Not a medical device

Forma does not diagnose or suggest medication and does not replace a doctor or dietitian. Calculations are estimates.

4. Plus subscription

Plus is bought and cancelled through the App Store under Apple's terms. 7-day trial with a reminder the day before it ends. Family Sharing on. Details on prices, renewals and refunds will be added before the app launches.

5. Account and content

You are responsible for what you log. Rules for sharing a plan by link and for Partner will be added before the app launches.
