Cancel your subscription

In the app open Settings → Subscription. The link goes straight to App Store subscription management. Cancel anytime, Plus stays active until the end of the paid period.

Export and delete data

Settings → Data: export everything to CSV and JSON, also on the free plan. Delete your account and server data in the same place.

Consent to health data processing

Withdraw consent in app settings. The app then offers export and account deletion.

Apple Watch

The watch app needs watchOS 11 or later. Watch workouts are saved to Apple Health without duplicates.

A Partner invite or shared plan didn't open in the app

Open the link in Safari, not in a browser inside another app. If the website still opens, long-press the link and choose Open in Forma.
